About Us
William Osler Health System Foundation is a registered charity devoted to raising funds for William Osler Health System. Since our official inception in May 2002, the Foundation has been dedicated to supporting William Osler Health System’s desire to build the strongest community health care centre in the province.
Our role is to provide William Osler Health System with the resources to expand clinical programs and enhance patient care. Whether it’s upgrading medical equipment or meeting redevelopment needs, the Foundation works to assist the Health System in their vision to provide effective and compassionate care that meets or exceeds the health care needs of our community.
We work with a volunteer Board of Directors to build relationships and life-long support of Osler. We strive to involve civic-minded leaders from our community’s corporations, service groups and citizens in our endeavor toward community health care excellence.
It is the generosity of our donors that allows us to fund better equipment, services and learning. We are not alone in our pursuit of the highest calibre health care right here at home. Our community is with us every step of the way, and for that we are grateful.
