SUMMARY:27th Annual Celebrity Chef: Battle of the Sexes
DESCRIPTION:The United Achievers’ Club of Brampton presents its 27th Annual Celebrity Chef: Battle of the Sexes event on Saturday\, April 18\, 2026. \nCelebrity Chef – Men Who Cook\, a special fund-raising event hosted by the United Achievers’ Club of Brampton\, takes place in the AUDITORIUM – Century Gardens Recreation Centre\, 340 Vodden Street East\, Brampton. The event starts at 6:00 P.M. (social hour and entertainment)\, 6:45- 7:00 P.M. (introduction of chefs and celebrity judges)\, 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. (food sampling)\, 9:00 P.M. – Midnight (After Party). Tickets are $60 (adults) and $40.00 (students and seniors) and include 7 food samples. Dress is casually formal. \nAmong the 20+ select gourmet volunteer chefs showcasing their culinary skills will be “our celebrities” from such diverse occupations as politicians\, judges\, police services\, peel paramedics\, Brampton Fire and Emergency Services\, doctors\, lawyers\, educators\, financial consultants\, realtors\, artists\, entrepreneurs\, etc. \nProceeds from this year’s event will go towards funding scholarships (for graduating secondary school students who have been accepted to colleges and universities) and other youth and community initiatives. One-third of net proceeds will be donated to the Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinic at Brampton Civic Hospital (William Osler Health System). \nEMCEE: Charles Matthews Jr. of CMJ Entertainment \nMUSIC: DJ “MR.
