Bryan Dawson has been a dedicated supporter of the community for over forty years. As the retired owner and CEO of Aircraft Appliances and Equipment Ltd., he led a company that specialized in manufacturing military specification components for the Canadian and U.S. governments.

He’s been deeply involved with the Brampton Board of Trade, serving both as Director and President. Bryan also spent 18 years on the Board of Sheridan Institute of Technology, including three, four-year terms as Board Chair.

In recognition of his contributions to Canada, Bryan was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.

He’s played an active role on several William Osler Health System board committees and most recently served on the William Osler Health System Foundation Finance Committee.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.
