Kerstin Lack is an accomplished executive with a long-standing career in marketing strategy, customer experience transformation, and revenue operations. Currently working as a business consultant, she has held senior leadership roles across various industries, including telecommunications, gaming, consumer goods, and management consulting. Most recently, she served as the Chief Lottery and Customer Officer at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, where she oversaw the Lottery division and led innovative customer and retail strategies. Before that, Kerstin held several executive leadership roles at Rogers Communications, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
Kerstin is passionate about supporting organizational growth and transformation through her leadership, mentoring, and involvement in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that promote accessibility, inclusion, and community.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, where she was named a Baker Scholar, and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Kerstin and her husband, Kevin, have lived in Etobicoke with their two daughters for over 20 years and are actively involved in their community. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, and volunteering in support of education, community engagement, and youth. As a board member of William Osler Health System Foundation, Kerstin is proud to contribute to the Foundation’s mission, supporting health care initiatives that enhance the well-being of the community.
