Laura Zanchin has literally grown up in the car business. Being part of the family business since the age of eight, she knows exactly what it takes to make a car dealership successful. Her hands-on experience spans reception, accounting, Controller and General Manager. This background gives her a unique perspective and insight into the inner workings of a business, making her a valuable asset to any organization. Laura’s down-to-earth demeanor and distinctive leadership style are a definite “Zanchin” trait. Her ability to train, mentor and direct the people around her has led to increased employee engagement particularly focusing on the stores that need the most improvement. This in turn has led to higher profitability. She plays a crucial role on the Executive team, handling union negotiations, ensuring process adherence, and making strategic decisions—all while upholding the company’s core vision that the customer always comes first.

Laura’s official title may be Principal and Executive Vice President, but her focus will always remain to keep in touch with people, empower them and have them exceed customer expectations each and every time.

Laura is also a distinguished member of the CADA Industry Relations Committee showing her commitment to fostering positive relationships within the sector. Additionally she’s eager and excited to be a part of William Osler Health System Foundation’s board, aligning with her philanthropic endeavours and her desire to give back to the community. Laura actively participates in women’s events as a speaker and is known for her advocacy and passion for driving change and empowering women in the automotive sector and the community at large.
