Susan Crawford was born and raised in Brampton. She returned to Brampton in 1998 and together with her husband, David Chondon, became a founding partner of CCPartners – a law firm that represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law/workplace resolution. Susan is also a part-owner of Employers’ Choice, a human resources consulting business located in Brampton. 

Susan was an elected member of the Brampton Board of Trade’s Board of Directors for six years and served as Chair of the Board in 2014. Susan also served as Chair of the Brampton and Caledon Community Foundation from 2011-2013. In addition, CCPartners is actively involved in the community supporting such charitable organizations as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel, William Osler Health System Foundation and the Brampton Kiwanis Club. 

Susan and Dave live in Brampton and have four children.
