Tom Kanellopoulos is Vice President of Kallo Developments, a family-owned real estate and property management company founded in 1987. Kallo is dedicated to design excellence and to creating developments that positively contribute to the fabric of the city through sustainable, community-focused design.

Before joining Kallo as vice president in 2017, Tom spent nearly two decades practising architecture at a leading Canadian firm, where he led teams on projects across hospitality, multi-family residential, office, and urban design. He brings with him a deep, hands-on understanding of development—from conceptual design and planning to budgeting and execution.

With over 50 years of connection to Brampton, Tom is deeply rooted in the city’s community and committed to its continued growth. He is especially passionate about supporting initiatives that promote health and well-being, including the advancement of William Osler Health System and its vital role in the community.
