November 11, 2025, BRAMPTON – Demonstrating a major commitment to the future of health care in
Brampton, four of Ontario’s leading community builders: ARGO Development Corp., Fieldgate Homes,
Paradise Developments, and TACC Developments, have collectively committed $10 million to William
Osler Health System Foundation (Osler Foundation).

This significant donation will support the transformation of Peel Memorial into Brampton’s second hospital, a
major step forward in the city’s health care journey.

The donor group, ARGO Development Corp., Fieldgate Homes, Paradise Developments, and TACC
Developments, shares a long-standing commitment to building vibrant communities. Their approach goes
beyond housing to include vital infrastructure such as schools, parks, grocery stores, and community spaces,
helping to shape neighbourhoods where people can connect, thrive and grow.

In a joint statement, the four donors said, “As family-founded companies, we’ve spent generations shaping
communities, not just through the homes we build, but by investing in what helps neighbourhoods thrive.
Health care is at the heart of that. Supporting the new Peel Memorial reflects our shared commitment to
building a stronger, healthier Brampton for generations to come.”

“This remarkable act of generosity from four respected, family-led development companies highlights the
vital role corporate leaders play in strengthening local health care,” said Ken Mayhew, President & CEO,
William Osler Health System Foundation. “As Brampton’s population continues to grow at an
unprecedented pace, their generosity helps ensure we can meet rising demand and deliver high-quality care
for years to come.”

Under Ontario’s hospital funding model, communities are responsible for 100 per cent of hospital equipment
and 10 per cent of construction costs. Philanthropic support is therefore essential to advancing world-class
health care close to home.

“The new Peel Memorial represents more than expanded services and increased hospital capacity; it’s about
building the health system this community deserves,” added Dr. Frank Martino, President & CEO, William
Osler Health System. “This transformational donation helps bring to life a bold vision for care that is
innovative, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse needs of the people we serve.”

The new hospital at Peel Memorial will be a centre of excellence and innovation in health care, designed to
meet the increasing needs of one of Canada’s fastest growing cities. This gift comes at a meaningful moment
as Osler Foundation marks 100 years of care at Peel Memorial and looks ahead to a new chapter in its
legacy.

In October, the Peel Memorial project reached a key milestone with selection of the Development Partner
and the signing of the Development Phase Agreement, signaling the start of the next phase of development.
Osler Foundation continues to invite support from across the community as part of this historic effort. To
