For more than two decades, Raj Narula has been a steadfast advocate for community health care, dedicating his time and leadership to strengthening William Osler Health System (Osler), particularly Etobicoke General Hospital.

Raj has been instrumental in advancing Osler Foundation’s mission, serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors and chair of the Finance Committee. He was also a key member of the campaign cabinet for the new tower at Etobicoke General, helping to drive critical investments in hospital infrastructure and patient care. His leadership has inspired countless others to contribute, and his ability to engage donors has made a lasting impact—raising more than $2 million to date.

Deeply passionate about ensuring access to exceptional health care, Raj believes in the power of giving back. “We are immigrants, and we came to this country with nothing. By God’s grace, opportunities kept coming and we kept working hard. Today, it’s an honour to be able to strengthen our hospital with our donations. The opportunities are here—this country gives us that—and it is our duty to give back to the community.”
