Sierra Hudson is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression wherever she goes. Working as a Manager of Facilities Operations overseeing the Etobicoke General Hospital (EGH) New Patient Tower and the Etobicoke Wellness Centre, Sierra plays a vital role in ensuring that William Osler Health System’s (Osler) facilities run smoothly. Her responsibilities range from managing the facility operations to supporting clinical teams, especially during critical times like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sierra's journey at Osler began six years ago when she started on the service side of operations. Over time, she worked her way up to management, gaining a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of hospital operations. Despite the enormous responsibility of managing these complex projects, Sierra thrives on the challenge, often juggling multiple tasks as the sole manager for these contracts.

But what truly sets Sierra apart is her unwavering commitment to giving back to the community. Known for her supportive nature and dedication, Sierra has become a key advocate for Osler Foundation's This is MY Hospital Employee Giving campaign.
